Request account deletion

This page is the public deletion-request resource for the MySocietyDesk service. Use it if you want your MySocietyDesk account and associated personal data deleted, including if you no longer have the app installed.

We will verify your identity before processing. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, statutory or other legitimate obligations. Such retention is limited to what is necessary and is described in our Privacy Policy.

Residents can also open My Profile → Privacy & Data Requests inside MySocietyDesk to submit and track a request.
